MA 300 is ideal to cut all the salami and ham types since it has a minimum thickness cutting capacity of 0,3mm.  Besides very thin slices, it grants stable of the entire structure in cast iron and steel, materials very consistent as proved by the final weight of the slicer. The production of the manual slicer has performed on traditional manufacturing techniques.  The optional part of pedestal completes the fine-tuning and the style of the entire slicer which can result belonging to an epoch when beauty and the using of certain resistance materials had their worth. Τhe selection of the materials used add elegance and high quality. The symbolic part of the slicer, the flywheel is made entirely of cast iron like great part of the entire structure, unlike other slicers of its class. The plate where the salami is placed, is made of stainless steel in order to eliminate the corrosion risk and to ensure maximum hygiene. Pieces on the plate and underplate are in chromed steel to give a further touch of shine. Particular smooth during sliding of the trolley thanks to a precise mechanism, studied in every detail by integrating current knowledge and technologies. The slice collecting tray is made of material suitable for food contact and there is an option to replace it with trays in crystal, marble (opaline) or in glass. Τhe sharpener deliberately made of aluminium, to make it light and comfortable to handle, is designed with the aim of ensuring greater safety during the blade sharpening. Easy to clean thanks to large space between components. Equipped by ring around the blade, meeting the CE norms.
