No. 2 working modes designed and dedicated to vacuum preparation. H2O pump dehumidification as standard. Removable sealing bars without wires for easier cleaning, transparent plexiglass bell and food-grade polyethylene tank filling shelves. The ST Professional series digital panel with timed selection of vacuum and sealing,  eliminates 99% of vacuum inside the bell and the product.
